Our Requirements for Becoming a Dango-Approved Provider

1. Provide Customer Incentives

To enhance customer satisfaction and attract more clients, we require companies to offer exclusive incentives that we can share with potential customers.

Examples include:

• Free dispatch fees

• $100 off any service over $1,000

• Seasonal discounts or promotions

2. Pass the Dango Background Check

Trust and quality are at the core of our network. Every company must undergo a comprehensive background check, which includes:

Rating Analysis – We meticulously review ratings across multiple platforms to ensure authenticity, removing bot or fake reviews.

Reputation Verification – We assess feedback from verified customers to confirm consistency in quality and reliability.

Business Credentials – We verify licenses, certifications, and insurance to ensure legal compliance and professionalism.

Minimum Rating – Companies must maintain an average rating of at least 4 stars to qualify, ensuring only top-tier providers are included.

3. Submit Service and Coverage Details

To ensure seamless referrals, all companies must provide:

A comprehensive list of services offered.

A detailed list of zip codes or areas where services are available.

4. Designate a Tracking Line and System

To maintain transparency and accurate lead tracking, companies must:

Provide a designated tracking phone line specifically for Dango referrals.

Utilize a reliable tracking system, such as ServiceTitan, to monitor job progress and ensure accountability.

5. Commitment to Customer Satisfaction

Your reputation is vital to your success and ours. Companies receiving multiple complaints or consistent negative feedback will be removed from our list of reputable service providers. This ensures that customers can always trust the quality of our recommendations.

Lead Pricing & Volume Discounts

Unlike traditional advertising, we only charge for actual leads. Our pricing is straightforward and based on verified customer inquiries that mention Dango:

$25 per lead for up to 99 leads per month

$20 per lead for 100–174 leads per month

$15 per lead for 175+ leads per month

📌 Only pay for real customers – We verify all lead sources to ensure accuracy, and companies are only billed for actual referrals.

Lead Dispute Resolution

We maintain strict accuracy in our lead tracking. However, if you believe a lead should not be charged, you may submit a dispute by providing:

A detailed list of the disputed calls

Call data, including customer phone numbers and timestamps

Call recordings (if available)

Disputes will be reviewed thoroughly. If discrepancies are consistently found between our records and your self-reported leads, you may be removed from the platform and required to pay the difference.

Non-Payment Consequences

Payments are due within 15 days of receipt to ensure fairness to all participating businesses. Failure to pay may result in:

Suspension from the Dango referral platform

Late fees and penalties

Legal action for unpaid balances
